Counselor position requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field and at least one year of experience in a social work or a clinical setting.   The candidate must meet all state requirements regarding criminal record history, central registry search, and must possess a valid Virginia driver’s license with  a good driving record.  Must be able to respect client’s right to confidentiality. Pharmacist Pharmacist screens and processes orders, completing interventions and consults accurately and in a timely manner to optimize medication therapy. Responsible for daily operations of patient Pharmacy. Issues controlled substances to patient care areas and maintains records as required by law as evidenced by count discrepancies and findings from periodic audits. Compounds and dispenses pharmaceuticals.  Interprets medication orders (verbal & written) and transcribes to computerized patient medication profiles accurately. Maintains accurate, complete patient medication profiles as evidenced by lack of error reports. Monitors drug therapy regimens for contraindications, drug-drug interactions, drug-food interactions, allergies, and appropriateness of drug and dose documented by intervention reports. Detects and reports suspected adverse drug reactions accurately and in a timely manner by documentation of ADR reports. Provides clinical consultation and clarification to practitioners and patients. Suggests appropriate, cost effective therapeutic alternatives to medical staff as needed , as evidenced by clinical intervention log.

Physician specializing in Chronic Pain, Family or Internal Medicine Physician  preferred but residents welcome. Physician will provide a full range of pain management and regenerative medicine, incorporating conventional and alternative medicine for chronic pain and illness. This practice addresses the root causes of an individuals pain and illness including problems of the mind and spirit that may be contributing to the disease process.

We have an opening for a Per Diem Medical Director (8 hours per week) to work at our brand new health centers located in Petersburg and Richmond, VA!

QUALIFICATIONS

Pharmacist

Two years of Health Systems/Hospital or commercial experience 
B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy. 
PGY1 or PGY2 completion preferred 
Virginia Pharmacy License required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire 
Must have excellent multi-tasking ability, verbal and written communication skills

Physician

  • Medical degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency program

  • Current valid state physician MD medical license

  • Board certification or eligibility with intent to certify required

  • Current DPS and DEA certificates (or in progress)

  • 1+ year MD experience in Family or Internal Medicine preferred but new resident grads welcome

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or specialty certification as required by department.

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

  • Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
